For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Grilling is prohibited, with a penalty of $200.
