Palms Resort 701 boasts a variety of amenities, including shared outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub, and direct beach access, ensuring endless fun for guests of all ages. Free parking space is available for two cars. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, Palms Resort 701 offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Local attractions include the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, WonderWorks, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari, Captain Hook's Adventure courses, Nascar SpeedPark, Brookgreen Gardens, and Championship Golf. A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. The city is also working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
