If you are looking to get away from it all and wish to have access to all the Sierra's have to offer, then this might be the place for you. The home is 2,400 sq.ft. and has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open plan dining room, living room and kitchen, laundry room with washer, dryer and European style clothes drying rack which may sound simple but so convenient. The office is perfect looking out over the pool and back yard and up the hill behind the house. We worked remotely from this office for many years and designed it as a separate room which can be open to the living space or closed off when privacy is needed. The entire home has been remodeled in recent years with luxury and comfort in mind and many windows to let light and the outside in. In between the kitchen and the dining room is a stunning granite topped bar. DINING ROOM: The dining area has hardwood flooring and a vaulted ceiling. LIVING ROOM: A wood burning stove, vaulted ceilings, bay window and lots of light. OFFICE: Plenty of room for two desks and office cabinets. Overlooking the hill behind the house and the pool. There are two oak doors which allow you to close off the office from the living room should privacy be required. A perfect office space for remote work or can be used as an additional room. LAUNDRY ROOM: In addition to the washer and dryer, the laundry room also features a drying rack and a folding counter. There is also a half-bath that is accessed from the laundry room. BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a full soaking tub. Vaulted ceilings, a sliding door to the balcony and lots of windows and light. Bedroom Two has vaulted ceilings and a regular closet. Bedroom Three has a regular closet.
