Located on Little Avenue in Driggs, Idaho, this loft-style unit offers a refined mountain experience with walkable town access and minutes-to-the-lift convenience. This two-story loft unit features a thoughtful, modern layout with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. Inside, you'll enjoy two private bedrooms and a bright, open lofted living space with elevated valley views. The apartment features contemporary finishes and a clean mountain-modern aesthetic, with large windows framing views over Driggs and toward the Teton Mountains. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and modern appliances. Guests of the Ski Hill Collective Loft enjoy outdoor access to the hot tub, located just outside on the porch of the neighboring unit. A maximum of two pets are allowed, and if pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. Located near the heart of Driggs on the quiet side of the Tetons, this home offers an easy valley base with direct access to iconic parks and ski resorts. You can walk to downtown Driggs dining, coffee shops, breweries, and local shopping. Grand Teton National Park’s Primary Entrance is 54 min (38 miles). Yellowstone National Park is reachable via the West Entrance in 1 hr 32 min (88 miles) or the South Entrance in 2 hr 4 min (91 miles). Winter access is convenient, with Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort 22 min (12 miles) away and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort 49 min (34 miles). Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is 1 hr 1 min (43 miles), Idaho Falls (IDA) 1 hr 14 min (75 miles), and Bozeman (BZN) 3 hr 21 min (185 miles). Downtown Driggs is 3 min away, Victor 13 min, Jackson 49 min, and Teton Village 48 min. Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events are allowed. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and if pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. It features two fully equipped kitchens, open living areas designed for gathering and relaxing, and a bright upstairs loft with expansive windows and elevated valley views. Step out onto the upper porch to sip your morning coffee or unwind après-ski while watching the chairlift glide by. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and modern appliances and finishes. Enjoy the private hot tub for soaking after a day on the mountain. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. Pets are welcome with a fee, and if pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet. Walk to Driggs’ best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and local shopping. This home is minutes from Grand Targhee Resort for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and summer events, with easy access to scenic drives, hiking, and fly fishing. Enjoy day trips to Grand Teton National Park and explore Yellowstone National Park. Quick access to Jackson Hole for dining, shopping, rafting, wildlife tours, and iconic excursions. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and guests should be respectful to the neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, or weddings. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws.
