Take a short walk to the highly-rated Sea Captain's House or enjoy a stroll down the Golden Mile. Upon entering this updated and modern condo, you'll be captivated by the natural light streaming through the covered balcony with ocean views. The open floor plan features spacious living and dining areas, tastefully appointed with plenty of seating for your family. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch flat-screen TV, relax on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat, or dine at the large table seating six. The balcony offers an additional dining table for ocean-facing meals. The fully stocked galley-style kitchen, with stainless appliances and granite countertops, is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The primary suite includes a full-sized bed, twin bed, large closet, 35-inch flat-screen TV, beautifully updated en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom features queen and twin beds, back balcony access, and additional seating, with a convenient entrance to the pool and hot tub deck. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods. Pool and beach towels are not included, but you can rent backpack-style beach chairs for added convenience. Situated directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo places you close to all that Myrtle Beach offers, both on the water and inland. With Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's across the street and the renowned Sea Captain's House just a short walk away, you'll be less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Convention Center. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed five, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with no glass or pets allowed in the pool area. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and note that portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze on the large wraparound balcony in the front, or unwind on the private balcony off the bedrooms that is steps from the pool. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, two laundry pods and two dish pods are provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided. Backpack-style beach chairs are available for rent through a link after booking. You will be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and land. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away, and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach Convention Center and Top Golf. A car is recommended, but you can also walk several places. There is also a bike lane on both sides of the street for cyclists of all types. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6, including infants and children. Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
