Take a short walk to the highly-rated Sea Captain's House or enjoy a stroll down the Golden Mile. Upon entering this updated and modern condo, you'll be captivated by the natural light streaming through the covered balcony with ocean views. The open floor plan features spacious living and dining areas, tastefully appointed with plenty of seating for your family. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch flat-screen TV, relax on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat, or dine at the large table seating six. The balcony offers an additional dining table for ocean-facing meals. The fully stocked galley-style kitchen, with stainless appliances and granite countertops, is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The primary suite includes a full-sized bed, twin bed, large closet, 35-inch flat-screen TV, beautifully updated en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom features queen and twin beds, back balcony access, and additional seating, with a convenient entrance to the pool and hot tub deck. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods. Pool and beach towels are not included, but you can rent backpack-style beach chairs for added convenience. Situated directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo places you close to all that Myrtle Beach offers, both on the water and inland. With Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's across the street and the renowned Sea Captain's House just a short walk away, you'll be less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Convention Center. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed five, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with no glass or pets allowed in the pool area. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Walk to the highly rated Sea Captain's House, go 5 minutes to Top Golf, or take a stroll down the Golden Mile to see why it's so named. This spacious and comfortably furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, and a prime location in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout featuring a cozy living area, a dining space with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The glass-top dining table and tasteful decor add a stylish touch throughout. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a twin with private access to the balcony overlooking the pool deck. The second bedroom includes two twins, perfect for family or friends. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze on the large wraparound balcony in the front, or unwind on the private balcony off the bedrooms, just steps from the pool. We provide linens for all beds as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your stay.
