The University of Montana is a 5-minute drive (or a 15-minute walk), Mount Sentinel & “M” Trailhead is an 8-minute drive, Missoula Montana Airport (MSO) is a 15-minute drive, Southgate Mall is a 10-minute drive and Rattlesnake National Recreation Area is a 20-minute drive. This apartment is in a professionally managed student living community near the University of Montana. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered and maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed and the property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.
