Feel at home in this Key West-style apartment, a stone’s throw from Pompano Beach and a short walk from the Pompano pier, restaurants, and nightlife. This newly renovated and decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features an impeccably landscaped garden surrounded by lush tropical South Florida vegetation and a private entrance. This apartment includes two queen beds, a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, central air conditioning and heating, large flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, and free super-fast Comcast Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, and stainless steel appliances. A hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens are provided. There is an on-site laundry room with a washer and dryer. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet is required. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles. Located in a great neighborhood for quiet walks, this apartment is an easy drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, major highways, and the nightlife of Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Pompano Beach offers more than seven miles of beaches, and the Pompano Beach Fishing Village features dining and recreation. Exterior cameras monitor the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed; a $500 fine will be incurred for any violation.
