Onsite laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Free parking is provided. Located a stone's throw from Pompano Beach and a short walk from the popular Pompano Pier, restaurants, and nightlife. It's an easy drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, major highways, and the vibrant entertainment scene of Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale. The neighborhood is ideal for quiet walks while remaining close to all the action. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check-out is at 11 AM. A late 12 PM checkout may be available for an additional $25 fee if requested by 9 PM the night before. Early check-in or bag drop-off before 4 PM must be requested and approved in advance. The property is monitored with 3 exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint.
