The beautifully designed interior features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy furnishings, and an inviting living area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Whether you’re cooking a favorite meal or simply relaxing, this space offers the ideal setting for comfort and relaxation. Outside, enjoy the property's community amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, peaceful seating areas, and a lush courtyard. It’s the perfect spot to sip a drink and soak in the tranquil surroundings before diving into the city’s vibrant nightlife. Paid self-parking is available based on availability and requires a reservation. Parking rates vary and spaces are limited, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you reserve a parking spot, you will receive a separate code and instructions for parking. Guests park at their own risk and the property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles. It is imperative that you provide the correct license plate numbers when booking parking to ensure you have a spot. Failure to provide correct license plate numbers may result in car removal from premises by building management. If parking spots are unavailable, you may utilize public street parking or paid parking lots located close to the property. Located near Frenchman Street, you’re just a 5-minute drive from the iconic Streetcar, making it easy to explore all that New Orleans has to offer. With live jazz, Cajun cuisine, and vibrant bars on Bourbon Street or a laid-back stroll through the French Market, you're perfectly positioned to experience the best of the city. Front desk hours are open daily from 8 am to 6 pm. Pool hours are open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy. Extra guests or visitors need management approval and violators may be fined $200 to $500. Early check-in and late check-out are available based on availability and additional charges apply. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. A pack and play is available upon request. House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning and odor removal. Pets are not allowed on the property.
