Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet, and additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an extra charge. Getting around is easy with Uber and Lyft, and public transit stops are conveniently located nearby. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles; trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversized, or commercial vehicles are not permitted, with a $500 fine for violation that may result in immediate cancellation.
