Feel at home in this designer 1-bedroom, 1-bath waterfront apartment in the Coral Resort, just a 2-minute walk to Clearwater Beach. Located on the second floor, this unit offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the crystal intracoastal water and the heated pool. This beautifully designed apartment features high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and stainless steel appliances. The Michelin-quality kitchen includes a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, island seating for two, floating shelves, a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Enjoy the walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there are two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in. Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. The full kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and a dining table for six. Beach gear is available for guest use. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the guest room has a queen-size bed, and there is a queen pull-out sofa. Two full bathrooms are available. Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided for the first 3-5 days. Free parking is available on-site, and laundry facilities are available. Located in a beachside neighborhood, this apartment is right across from Clearwater Beach and within walking distance of bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged.
