Reserved on-site parking is conveniently located beside the building. A twin-to-king conversion is available for a $50 fee with 48-hour notice. A workstation is available for $10 per day. A pack ’n Play or highchair is available with 24-hour notice. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog, or $120 unregistered. Feel at home in this residence that sleeps up to 6 and is located on Queens Rd, one of the prettiest tree-lined avenues in the entire city. This residence provides the ultimate in furnishings, art, and high-end finishes. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a gas range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, and a stackable washer and dryer. Off of the kitchen, a dining area seats six. The large living room features upholstered furniture for comfortable seating and a flatscreen television for entertainment. Enjoy 400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels. Each bedroom has a generous closet and a television. Stainless appliances with granite countertops, new heating and cooling systems, and plumbing provide modern amenities, while the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways, and 2-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. Large double-hung windows let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms, and the screened porch provides comfortable outdoor living space. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is $50. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
