This first-floor condo in a historic 1920's building has large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light. This condo features a full kitchen, a large dining area, and upscale furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press, and it features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and a generous closet, and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television. The twin beds can be pushed together to create one king-size bed. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels, as well as a starter supply of bath products and detergents. Relax in the screened-in porch overlooking lush landscaping, as well as a private patio on the ground floor. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, tables, and chairs. On-site parking is available. A workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away and a short walk or ride to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame.
