This single-level home offers a prime location near restaurants, shops, parks, and nightlife. The refreshed space offers modern amenities, cozy living, and easy parking. It features a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a 2-seater sofa. The full bathroom, equipped kitchen with dine-in table, includes an electric cooktop, full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishware, silverware, and toaster oven. An in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, beach towels, and a hair dryer are also available. Driveway parking is included. Downtown Gulfport is just minutes away, offering restaurants, cafes, shops, and local services. The Gulfport Shopping Center and Florida Federal Plaza are each a ~3-minute drive. Sam’s Gyros and Seafood is a ~2–3-minute drive. Nearby attractions include the Island Community Theatre and Frank Edward Contemporary Art / Freefall Theatre, each a ~6-minute drive. John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk is an ~18-minute drive, and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is ~25–28 minutes away. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am daily. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
