The deposit should be made payable to Bay Area Real Estate & Rentals, Inc. and mailed to PO Box 3525, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Deposits are not accepted at our physical office. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). There is no fee if you do not have a pet and a minimal fee if you do. Your lease will not be renewed without this application completed.
