This first-floor residence is ideally suited for executives, attorneys, relocating families, or anyone seeking top-notch accommodation for a short or long-term stay. This mid-20th century red brick condo has been decorated with comfortable furnishings and high-end appliances. The spacious living room features a large upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed, and a flatscreen television equipped with streaming and Hulu + Live TV channels. The kitchen features a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher with double dish drawers, and is fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press. Adjacent to the spacious living room is a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker. The dining room comfortably seats up to eight guests and opens up to a screened porch. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and two spacious closets, one of which is a walk-in. The bathroom features Carrara marble tiles, dual showers, a separate water closet, and a heated tiled floor. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television that can be pushed together to create one king-size bed. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. A starter supply of bath products and detergents are included. Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi, Hulu + Live TV, and on-site parking. A 7-day pass to Charlotte’s Dowd Y fitness center is available for $50. A workstation is available for $10 per day, including a 32” monitor, a wireless keyboard, and mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). This individually decorated apartment features Fisher & Paykel appliances and an elegant workspace. With spacious living areas, a screened porch (lower units), a private balcony (upper units), and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, you will love coming home to this exceptional space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 400 thread-count sheets, a down duvet (synthetic-down duvet available), two closets including a walk-in, and an en suite bathroom tiled with Carrara marble, dual showers, a separate water closet, heated floors, and an abundant supply of Egyptian cotton towels. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be joined together to create a comfortable king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom is tiled in marble. The second bedroom configurations may be one king-size bed in lieu of two twin beds depending on the unit assigned, however the bed can be converted to two twins. The kitchen is outfitted with Fisher & Paykel appliances, including a gas range, cabinet-depth refrigeration, and dual dish drawers. Top-notch medical facilities, including CMC (Levine Children's Hospital, Levine Cancer Institute) and Presbyterian hospitals are 2-3 miles away, and OrthoCarolina just a mile. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, we do not permit parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings in the property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. No additional overnight guests beyond the number specified in your booking without prior approval. Be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO (not on) to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
