Abundant natural light and thoughtful design create an ideal space for extended stays or weekend getaways. The main living area includes a leather sofa, rocking chairs, a 75" Smart TV, a reading nook with an oversized armchair, and a dining area with seating for 6. The home office is equipped with an electric sit/stand desk and an external monitor. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features an island with seating and sink, an induction range, a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher, and is fully stocked with cookware and essentials. The bedroom offers a king-size Sleep Number bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, along with a charming powder room at the entry and a full-size washer and dryer. One dedicated off-street parking space is provided. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional non-refundable fee. Guests are expected to keep dogs on leash and pick up after their messes. The other side of the creek is a nature preserve, on which dogs are prohibited.
