This unit is on the 2nd floor and is a walk-up, with no elevator in the building. The apartment is fully furnished with all the essentials, including quality amenities and toiletries. It features a cozy living room with a futon for extra sleeping space, a functional kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. One designated parking spot is provided. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Guests have access to the fitness center and the seasonal pool. The building itself is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities, and these may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties are not allowed. This property does not have a staffed front desk, so package deliveries cannot be accepted. Guests are not allowed to accept mail here or give out this address. We assume no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, we reserve the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests will need to refer to parking instructions for information regarding parking. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Charges may include all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment.
