The unit includes a new washer and dryer located on the ground level that is accessible through the garage that leads to the back patio. The garage includes ample shelving for storage and wall mounts for skis and a bike. Garage fits a midsize SUV very comfortably. The main level has a spacious living area with elevated ceilings and two large closets for storage. It is connected to a kitchen with plenty of cabinet storage space. There is also a bar style counter that has room for 2-3 stools. The kitchen has granite countertops, a premium gas range/oven and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms along with two full bathrooms and a linen closet. The first bedroom has built in shelves and a large closet (see pictures with desks for reference). The linen closet has more than enough space to store all your odds and ends. The main bedroom is spacious and can fit any size bed (bed shown in pictures is a queen) and dressers. There is also a fully functional ceiling fan. It is connected to the main bathroom that has a large mirror and vanity with a granite countertop along with a large jetted-tub. The WALK-IN CLOSET has space for both hanging and shelf storage. Both rooms have large windows that provide lots of natural light and beautiful views of the mountains and downtown Salt Lake. Water comes included with rent so all you will cover is gas and electricity. There are 3 guest parking spots two units away that are available on a first come first serve basis and lots of easily accessible street parking on a very safe/quiet street. There is a Sprouts grocery store directly across the street (within walking distance) and also a Smiths Marketplace, a Trader Joes, Trolley square, a trax station (trolley square on the red line), and countless food options within a few blocks. Enjoy the small, private backyard with a 6-foot fence for relaxation. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $99 per pet, and cats are not allowed. A travel crib, baby high-chair, and self-inflating twin bed kit are available upon request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per stay. A baby stroller can also be provided free of charge. A garage with an automatic door opener is available for use. Perfectly situated on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City, this home offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. It's within walking distance to downtown and the convention center, and a short distance from beautiful canyons. Trolley Square shopping center is a few blocks south, the historic avenues are a block north, and the University of Utah campus is about a mile east. A bus stop is located around the corner, and it's 2 blocks from the Trax light rail station. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of in a can and put in the trash can once cooled; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and potential cleaning fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee if the homeowner needs to do it. The video game console does not come with games. Outdoor hot tubs are not permitted past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed at any time. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including excessive noise.
