Feel at home in this newly built condo in Glendale, just steps away from the stadium and the Westgate entertainment area. This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. This condo is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer/dryer. Complimentary coffee is provided. Enjoy access to a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, an arcade, and a patio. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located in the Westgate entertainment area of Glendale, this condo is a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from various attractions. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and lost key fobs incur a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal; in some instances, a criminal background check may be required. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not permitted. [SI]
