Feel at home in this newly built condo in Glendale, just steps away from the stadium and some of the best shopping, dining, and golf courses in greater Phoenix. This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, and it has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is subject to season and weather. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Glendale, this condo is right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. [SI]
