The bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels and toiletries, and a hairdryer. Practical amenities include shared coin-operated laundry in the building, an iron and steamer, extra linens and pillows, and a portable heater/fan unit. One assigned parking space is included during your stay, with additional street parking potentially available nearby. Optional add-ons such as early check-in, late checkout, or mid-stay cleaning may be available based on availability. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM, as this is a multi-unit building. To keep the space fresh for all guests, smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or events are permitted. Before check-out, guests are kindly asked to do basic tidying, including washing used dishes and taking out the trash.
