The home is a spacious 3,328 sf NW contemporary beach home with 130 ft pf private tidelands and boat dock on Henderson Bay. *PLEASE NOTE- The property is only available fully furnished, with all utilities paid by the owner. There is ample storage inside & in the garage for anyone relocating with furniture. Located near the end of a dead end road and set down off the parking area, it offers quiet seclusion. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is surrounded by .83 acres of beautiful landscaping and lawns, which are maintained by the owner. There are expansive bay and sunset views from nearly all rooms, and continuing outdoors from multiple decks, a large covered patio and open brick fire pit. New carpeting throughout, including the generous master suite, which features a reading area, walk-in & 2nd closets, gas fireplace, new king-sized bed, large bathroom and its own privte deck with recliner chair. The tiled bathroom is exceptionaly spacious, with an oversized tub, huge walk-in, multi-head shower and double sink console.
