The property is within walking distance to all of Honest Abe Lincoln's sites, allowing you to explore historical landmarks with ease. Stay in and enjoy this mid-century, rustic, modern, and unique space. The apartment features two bedrooms, with Bedroom 1 offering two queen beds and Bedroom 2 offering one queen bed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You will receive instructions to check in one hour prior to the check-in time on the day you arrive. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will result in the loss of 100% of your security deposit. Noise complaints will result in immediate police involvement, and the security deposit will be forfeited. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation. Furniture must not be moved, and a fee of $100 per piece will be charged if it needs to be repositioned. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. A rental agreement must be electronically signed to confirm your reservation. Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed to work 100% of the time, and issues may affect the cable connection. Each full bathroom is equipped with a hand towel and a bath mat. Check-in is at 4 PM, with instructions provided an hour prior, and check-out is at 11 AM. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for violations.
