Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are available for an additional fee. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this centrally located property places you near the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Just beyond the French Quarter’s historic charm, this neighborhood blends classic architecture with a modern edge, including sleek hotels, buzzing restaurants, and live music. You're perfectly positioned to explore the city's iconic landmarks, whether you're catching a game at the Superdome, riding the Canal Street streetcar, or diving into local flavors at nearby eateries. Bourbon Street and Canal Street are 0.4 miles away, The Saenger Theatre is 0.3 miles away, Caesars Superdome is 0.6 miles away, The National WWII Museum is 0.9 miles away, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas is 1 mile away and the French Quarter is 0.6 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
