Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested and prosecuted. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and amplified music is forbidden at all hours without consent. Smoking or lighting anything in the property is not allowed, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees.
