This property is located in Bentonville, Arkansas, just steps away from world-class mountain biking trails. This lodge is designed for fun and connection, featuring cozy smaller bedrooms that encourage everyone to gather in the lively common areas. The open-concept kitchen boasts a large island fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Entertainment options include three TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the spacious living area. Enjoy a full shuffleboard table, cornhole, and life-size Jenga and Sorry games. For the ultimate thrill, take a slide down next to the stairway! This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. Step onto the screened-in porch, where you can sip coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of nature. As night falls, gather around the solo stove for s’mores under twinkling market lights, or enjoy outdoor games in the expansive backyard surrounded by trees. Enjoy direct access to the Snowbird adaptive trail leading to Bella Vista’s scenic back 40 bike trails right from your yard! Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner. Highlights include a large indoor pool with sliding glass doors, though there may be difficulties getting the pool to high temperatures in the winter. Enjoy the pickleball court, biking and hiking trails on private acreage that connects to the public Snowbird Bike Trail and Back 40 MTB trails, disc golf goals across the large acreage, and a basketball hoop and trampoline for the kids. The property is 7 miles to Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. Relax by the fire pit, use the Blackstone grill, and enjoy outdoor dining. Inside, find two large living rooms with Smart TVs, fireplaces, and seating, a sunroom with a piano, a fully stocked, large kitchen, and a formal dining room perfect for family gatherings. The house features five spacious bedrooms: King Suite, King bedroom, Queen bedroom, Queen and Twin bunk beds bedroom, and another King Suite, sleeping a total of 14 guests. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The neighboring property is also a vacation home, and our guest services team can assist with booking both. The property is pet-friendly with a fee. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay.
