For the rare rainy days, games and puzzles are available, and the apartment is equipped with a smart TV. A private parking spot is included with each reservation on site. Quiet time on Hollywood Beach is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per Hollywood Noise Ordinance. Towels are refreshed on Fridays, and smoking is absolutely prohibited in the rooms with a $250 fee for violations. A cleaning charge of at least $100 may apply if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Pets are not accepted, and a pet cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 may be charged if extra cleaning is required due to a pet being in the room.
