This spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to eight people for a relaxing holiday in Florida. Please note: Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may be loud and disruptive from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. As you enter this condo, you will be greeted by a wooden interior, nautical decor, comfortable furnishings, ample seating areas, and pristine views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The living room features a plush couch, ideal for watching TV or simply gazing at the blue waves. An open-plan layout connects the living room to a formal dining area, perfect for meals or board games. The functional and modern kitchen boasts a large granite countertop with high-top bar seats, great for preparing food, storing snacks, or enjoying happy hour drinks. This apartment offers free Wi-Fi access, a gorgeous lagoon-style swimming pool with flowing fountains, two tiki bars, a large pool deck with tanning space, a Gulf-side hot tub, and a health center with fitness equipment. After a day of exploring, retreat to one of the two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the cozy guest bedroom includes a private bathroom. As a guest of our trusted partner, you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner, with choices such as Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). A starter kit with toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, and one dishwasher detergent pod is provided. A covered on-site parking deck is available. Guests must pay a one-time fee of $90 upon arrival for a parking permit and wristbands, which are required for amenities. A private parking space is included on the same floor as the apartment. A $90 registration fee is required on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands. Beach activities and rental services are available seasonally. Located in Panama City Beach, this apartment offers direct access to the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast. Enjoy being just steps away from the sand with private beach access. The area provides various beach activities and rental services seasonally. Please be aware that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may cause loud and disruptive noise from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This apartment is self-check-in, but guests will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up their registration packet. The registered guest occupying the apartment must be 25 years of age or older. Absolutely no pets are allowed, and the complex requires all service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival, not accepting emotional support animals. Smoking or vaping in the apartment will result in a $1000 fine. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking, which the trusted partner is legally required to keep on file. The trusted partner is also legally required to obtain the names and ages of all occupants. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods (March 1 – Memorial Day and other dates as determined by the city). During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person 25 years of age for every two persons under 25 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm (including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points) and during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach (including sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc.). No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If the registered guest booking and occupying the apartment is not 25 years of age or older, or if the apartment is booked with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy it without the presence of the registered guest for the duration of the reservation, the reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and canceled. If the trusted partner is informed within 15 days prior to arrival that the 25 or older person booking the apartment will not be able to come and only under 25 years of age people will occupy the apartment, the reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and canceled. If the 25 years of age or older person booking the apartment does not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the apartment, the reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and no refund will be received.
