Exploring the Best Affordable Neighborhoods in Little Rock: Finding Your Perfect Place

I lived in Little Rock, Arkansas for a time as a child. My grandmother was born and raised there with her seven brothers and sisters. On the day my grandmother was born, her father paid the doctor with a hog. When she married my grandfather, my great-grandfather tried to convince him that he should give him a hog since that's what he paid the doctor to deliver her. My grandfather was in the air force at the time and didn't have any hogs, "So how 'bout a dollar?" A lot of time has passed since then. While Little Rock still has its rustic charm, it's grown into a very modern city. Unfortunately, this means you can't pay your doctor's bills with livestock! (If you don't own livestock, maybe that's for the best.) I'm Melissa, your ApartmentHomeLiving.com Local Expert for Little Rock, Arkansas.
