Some might say the best way to find an animal in Memphis to roam the streets, but the place to find some real wildlife is to give a visit to the Memphis Zoo, home to some of the most fascinating birds and beasts in the city. Animal lovers from Memphis apartments will find a wonderland of wildlife to explore, from their fuzzy friends, to the winged beasts; from the crawling insects, to the slithering reptiles, as well as numerous other varieties of creatures. Finally, there is the West Zone, home to plenty of bizarre and fascinating lizards, snakes, frogs, Komodo dragons, and more reptiles and amphibians, as well as a full aquarium and farm for those wanting to get to know more common American animals.
