However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Acceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals including exotic pets are prohibited. All animals must be authorized by management.

Aggressive breeds including but not limited to: Pit Bull, American Bulldog, American Bully, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Doberman, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf Breeds or dogs that have been trained as guard or attack dogs, or mixed breeds of the forgoing are not permitted under any circumstance. Animals of any breed or animals that are not housebroken are unacceptable. No more than 2 (two) animals may reside in the apartment, combined weighing 50 pounds.
