Name recognition only takes you so far, however, the food also has to very impressive. Alice Cooperstown is all about ribs, barbecue and big juicy steaks and chops, the manliest and most hardcore of meals only. There's also a great selection of drinks, as would be expected from a restaurant with such a namesake. To begin your culinary joyride, you can try their Nightmare Nachos, Bo's 'Outlaw' chicken tenders, 'Mark Curtis' meatloaf sliders, or "Dale's" ultimate wings, with your choice of sauce, including: traditional hot sauce, chipotle-madarin barbecue, sweet maple garlic, hot honey mustard, Wild Will's way hot sauce, or Maui sauce. You could also try one of their delectable quesadillas, coming in chunky chicken or veggie flavors. There are also a number of daily specials, including shrimp quesadillas, steak sliders, boneless wings, and even "Dale Juniors" fish sliders. Brunch options include the Moss, boneless wings tossed in your choice of sauces, the T.O., a friend hot dog on a bun with fries, Rothlis Burgers, double meat sliders with bacon, onions, cheddar and pepperjack, and the Eli, spicy andouille sausage grilled on a bun with fries.
