Most Mexican restaurants in Phoenix only serve up a few options, and with all the taco huts, burrito barns and Tex-Mex stands, it's hard for apartment-ites to find a Mexican restaurant that serves up a fine dining experience, along with delicious food. Los Dos Molinos serve only he best in New Mexican cuisine, cooked with only the most skilled hands, all from the same family, never made by a huge line of nameless cooks. Only members of the owner's family cook their delicious dishes, and all the dishes are made from recipes handed down for generations. Apartment residents wanting a little taste of Mexico, the best option for your buck is Los Dos Molinos. To start your delicious meal, you can choose from one of their many delectable botanas, including Mexican pizza, with red chiles and tomatoes, or the Manchaca pizza, with Manchaca beef, or one of their delicious taco salads. They also have a wide variety of Mexican favorites, such as delicious Burros, with a choice of bean and cheese, beef, chicken, red or green chili, or carne adovada, or the grand burro, with ground beef, beans, cheese sour cream, lettuce and tomato. You also have your choice of enchiladas, cheese or beef, with red or green chili, or tacos, with beef or chicken, and your choice of soft shell or hard. There are also a number of house specialties, including shrimp Veracruz, served over rice and beans and a flour tortilla, pork carnitas, adovada ribs, and Victoria's chicken chili plate. For dessert, be sure to try their delicious homemade sopapillas, served with your choice of powdered sugar, cinnamon, sugar, or all three, or with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream. You could also try their delicious crispies, or their fruit chimi a la mode. Anyway you do it, you're sure to find something delicious to finish off your meal. For real Mexican flavor without hopping the border, make sure to try out Los Dos Molinos. Apartment-ites in Phoenix will have a hard time finding a more delicious Tex-Mex meal anywhere else in Phoenix.
