Apartment One: This 2b1b unit features new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and fresh paint. It includes a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher and an updated bathroom. Central heating and air conditioning are provided. The unit is fully furnished with new IKEA furniture, including a queen-size bed in one bedroom and a twin-size bed in the smaller bedroom, both with spacious walk-in closets. Apartment Two is located on the second floor, featuring two equally spacious bedrooms. Apartment Three is a 1B1B unit on the top floor, offering a private bathroom and a quiet living environment. A detached garage is available for an additional fee, and there is also a driveway parking spot that can be rented. Please note that utility bills are not included in the rent, splited each month. The location is ideal: a 10-minute walk to Forbes Ave, a 15-minute walk to UPMC Presbyterian, a 6-minute walk to the University of Pittsburgh, and a 20-minute walk to CMU. A yearly lease is required. No parties, smoking, drugs, or pets are allowed. Quiet policy from 10pm-9am.
