The larger of the bedrooms does not have a closet but is large enough for a large dresser and clothes hanging rack with room to spare. It comes furnished with a queen sized bed, large dresser with mirror, clothes rack and end tables. The second bedroom, while a touch smaller does include a very large closet that is deep enough for 2 rows of hanging clothes storage. This room comes with a full sized bed, large dresser and end table. To the back of the house is the fully appointed and very large kitchen. In the kitchen there are plenty of cabinets, a table and 4 chairs and the appliances include: refrigerator, range, hood, washer, dryer, dishwasher. The back yard is accessed through the sliding door in the kitchen. You may want to park in the back to be off the street. Through the kitchen is the full bath with a single sink vanity with mirror, toilet, tub with shower and multiple towel racks. where a credit and a background check will be required. This will be required of any tenant over the age of 18. To be qualified you should: * Have a credit score of 650+ and no collections within the last 12 months. *Maintain renter's insurance with a minimum limit of liability insurance of $300,000 throughout your entire stay as tenant. *Have work history and proof of income at least 3x the monthly rent. *Be capable of and willing to fill out an online application, be billed through your email add this platform and make monthly rent payments through this platform. *No dog breeds that are not accepted by my insurance company or that have a history of biting are acceptable.
