Entering the apartment, you’ll find an expansive open floor plan, with new solid hardwood flooring throughout the dining/living and bedrooms. The premium tiling in the kitchen and bathroom has underfloor heating to keep you cozy year-round. The quartz surface of the kitchen countertop and island/bar is as beautiful as it is durable. There are all new stainless-steel appliances, and small touches like the motion-activated hands-free sink faucet add convenience. And the architecturally striking neighboring carriage house shown in pictures adds historic character but is uninhabited and is not zoned as a dwelling, for added privacy.
