Credit score alone will not necessarily determine approval. Rental History: Applicants should have satisfactory prior rental history, including timely rent payment, reasonable care of the property, and no significant history of lease violations or unpaid rental obligations. Income Verification: Applicants may be asked to provide recent pay stubs, tax returns, benefit statements, employment or offer letters, bank statements, or other appropriate documentation verifying lawful income.
