Hi, We have two rooms available immediately in a shared house in Marvin, NC. Please read the full description, including restrictions, before calling. To avoid scammers and protect the safety of other tenants in the house, a background check is required before viewing the room. After doing the background check, you can view the room and meet housemates, etc. before deciding whether to sign the lease. $645/month: Extremely large bedroom (about 450sqft), queen bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, 2 armoires, large professional desk, 4 windows with scenic forest views. $895/month: Master Bedroom and large private bathroom, queen bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, 2 walk-in closets, large professional desk. In addition to the base prices listed above, there is a $100/month charge for utilities, high-speed Internet and administration. This rate assumes an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9 months, +$50 for 6 months, +$75 for 3 months, or +$100 for 3 months initially followed by month-to-month. This house is beautiful and large, with spacious common areas. The Beachwood neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many beautiful houses and even mansions nearby. The schools in this area (like Marvin Ridge High School) are top-rated. The other individuals at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household. We are looking for normal professional people, who are friendly and willing to do their share to keep the house clean. INCLUDED: • Beautiful Furnished Private Bedroom • Shared access to the common areas of this 4250sqft House: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry, Patio, Sunroom, and bathrooms. • Beautiful furniture in the bedroom and the common areas • HV/AC • Outside Parking • Washer/Dryer • Oven, Stove, Microwave • Dishes, Cooking Pans, Utensils, etc. • House cleaning system with well-defined responsibilities and cleaning supplies Restrictions/Qualifications: • NO Pets • NO Smoking, vaping, or burning anything (even outside) • NO Substance Abusers (Drugs or Alcohol) • One Tenant Per Bedroom (due to Zoning Law) • Background/Credit Check Required Before Viewing • Security Deposit Equal to One Month’s Rent • Long Term Rental (3+ months) • No Cash Transactions • Good Credit Standing Required • Proof of Employment/Income Required
