The open floor plan is ideal for families and friends to spend time together, making memories to last a lifetime. Traveling professionals will find everything needed to have a successful work trip to the area. Using your credentials, you can access all of your favorite programs on the Smart TV while you relax in front of the electric fireplace and enjoy movie nights. Everyone will appreciate the perks of a fully-equipped kitchen for your stay. The kitchen features modern, stainless steel appliances, with a kitchen counter/bar top that seats 4. This is the perfect home with a master suite, complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed, spacious walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is cozy with a shared bathroom located across the hallway. Please note that the property requires stairs to access the second level and may be difficult for those with limited mobility. The garage is also available to park one vehicle, which is a plus on those big powder mornings. It comes equipped with an Electric Vehicle charging station. Up to two dogs are welcome (additional fee) in the cozy, fenced back yard. There is ample room to park a truck and trailer or plug in an RV to the Full Hook-ups. The Little Green Cabin is ideally located near Idaho State Parks and Forest Service lands for hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling and local trails for hiking or cross-country skiing. The cute, historic town of Roseberry is just down the road and downtown Donnelly is just a one block walk away, where you'll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops. When you want to explore further, McCall and Cascade are 20 minutes away. Regardless if you are in the area for work, house hunting, visiting family or just enjoying the West-Central Mountains, this is a great cabin for year-round enjoyment. In the winter months, find a warm respite inside as the snow piles up around you. Come summer, make use of the gas grill on the deck, and the outdoor seating area as you breathe in the scent of fragrant spruce trees. Stay lengths, utilities and rates are available to be discussed to meet individual needs. Example: $1850 per month, all utilities paid by the tenant of 6 months or longer.
