Large south-facing windows let in wonderful natural light all year round! - Couples can each enjoy their own personal closet and bathroom, and set up the parlors differently: How about 1 for relaxing, 1 for remote work, study or creative projects? (And please let us know if you're an artist/artisan! We would like to set up some creative making space in the garage. Do let us know if you're interested.) -Remote workers, gamers, and movie fans will love our fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Its fiber and a full mesh system. -The 2-cook kitchen has butcher block counters, well-stocked with all the large and small appliances you need. Enjoy the popcorn popper for movie nights! - Pets: We welcome well-mannered dogs. A fenced backyard. We will ask an extra pet deposit. Let's discuss your furry friend's needs. - Laundry, ironing board, and folding tables are on site. - No smoking or vaping on the property. Step outside The Roost, and you're in a truly amazing neighborhood: Walk to food stores, movie houses, pools and parks, gyms as well as all kinds of eateries, arts & crafts and shops. (As Creatives ourselves, we adore this neighborhood.
