This unit is in close proximity (walking distance) to Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center (Safeway, Longs Drugs, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc.) and Windward Mall (Target), with lots of dining options nearby. Unit Amenities: -Stainless steel appliances -In-unit washer and dryer -2 parking spaces (1 garage) -Lots of storage space -Outdoor patio Access to Property Amenities include: -2 swimming pools -Tennis court -Pickle Ball -Sauna -BBQ area -Recreation room -Lots of wonderful walking paths - perfect for persons and pooches! Electricity and Cable are NOT included. They will be billed separately for short term tenants. Long term tenants will change the HECO account into their name.
