Spacious two-bedroom with on-site laundry and a furnished deck in a peaceful corner of Union Square! Available Oct 1st (with the potential to move in a few days early). Rent is $2,950, first/last/security deposit due at signing, utilities are not included. Dogs and cats and some other small animals are allowed (inquire for further details), no extra pet fee! One of the bedrooms is quite large, and the other is on the small-medium side (it could easily be used as a home office, guest room, or something of that nature). The place has lots of natural light, and there's room to store a bike in the hallway. The living room is big and bright, and the kitchen is roomy and comes with a stove/oven and a microwave. Resident parking passes are available from the city. There’s coin-op laundry in the basement, as well as some storage space. Note: The deck (and outdoor walls) are getting a power-wash and fresh stain before move-in, so the outdoor space will be rejuvenated and ready for you to enjoy by move-in! Tons of transit nearby: •10-12 minute walk to Gilman Sq and Union Sq green line stations. •4-5 minute walk from both the Somerville Ave @ School St, Somerville Ave @ Church St, and Somerville Ave opp School St bus stops. •8-9 minute walk from Bluebikes docks at Somerville City Hall and Union Square There are tons of restaurants within a 12 minute walk, it's 5 minutes from Market Basket, and 2 minutes from a dog park! (It's also a 6 minute walk from Union Square Donuts, which might be the best in the country).
