Located just ¼ mile from Plum Cove Beach, ½ mile from Lanes Cove, and about a 10-minute drive to Downtown Gloucester, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, shops, and everything Gloucester has to offer while enjoying the privacy of a quiet coastal neighborhood. The Main Floor The bright, open-concept main floor features a modern living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all surrounded by beautiful ocean views. The kitchen includes everything you need for everyday cooking and longer stays. Two bedrooms are located on this floor—one with a king bed and another with a full bed and dedicated workspace. A newly remodeled full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and an in-home washer and dryer are also located on the main level. Lower Level The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, making this home a great option for families or guests looking for extra privacy. The bedrooms are accessed through a separate outdoor entrance. One bedroom has a full bed, while the other has a full bed and its own full bathroom. The lower level provides a comfortable additional living area while still being part of the private home. Outdoor Space Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed ocean views from the home and deck.
