This Furnished (or unfurnished upon request) studio is a great place to stay for a few months or a year in St. Petersburg. You will enjoy the perfect central location to downtown, award winning beaches, and Gulf Port. The unit can come furnished with a kitchenette which includes: sink, hot plate, air fryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, and a K-cup coffee maker. When you want to enjoy the outdoors you have your own fenced in parking area and spot for a patio set/seating. You also have your own parking spot for 1 vehicle in the back of the unit that is accessible from the alley which has its own gait. You also have access to an in unit washer and dryer that might be shared if the front unit is rented short term. A window AC is provided and there are also excellent working ceiling fans to keep you cool during the warm summer days. Utilities will be split up from the front house utilities (Electric and Water ranges from $70 $120/month) WiFi is FREE! Only one pet is allowed at a fee of $50/month.
