Acres of stunning open space with world-class bike and hiking trails are close by. Single level - two steps to the front door. Shown by appointment only. Additional amenities: Off-street parking and use of shared laundry. Animal Policy: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. An additional monthly fee ($50, per animal) may be required for approved animals, unless otherwise noted. (Assistive animals are permitted and are approved with legal documentation.)
