All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, this home is just a few doors down from The Sugar Shack. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for convenience. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. Enjoy contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Shared areas include parking and the yard. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. A rental agreement is required. If there is evidence of pet-related issues, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
