Additional sleeping is available in the living room with a queen pullout sleeper sofa. Enjoy entertainment with a 55-inch smart TV in both the living room and game room, and dine in style with seating for 8-10 in the dining room. The outdoor BBQ grill and washer and dryer are available for guest use. The property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of three dogs allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. Guests must fill out a guest card to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf, with a $30 fee required prior to arrival. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs.
