Resort-wide tram and water-sports equipment are available for rent. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. For an additional fee of $149, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request from 9 am to 3 pm. Conveniently located close to dining, shopping, and beachside activities, this condo is just 9 miles from Naval Live Oaks Reservation. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
