If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a fine of $1000 will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
