The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, allowing only ADA compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and travelers must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required.
