The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the pool and lakefront dining area. The en-suite bathroom has an open layout with a jetted tub, separate shower, and vibrant jungle-themed wallpaper. Two guest bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, are located on the opposite side of the home from the primary bedroom, perfect for families seeking privacy. The dining area has a glass-top dining table seating six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen has a professional chef’s appeal with stainless steel finishes and a 4-burner electric cooktop. The outdoor kitchen and dining area feature a covered patio overlooking the lake with a wine fridge, drink fridge, BBQ grill with vent hood, and a four-person dining table under a ceiling fan. The screened-in pool and pool spa offer pest-free swimming right off the back door. The pool features a built-in spa section with bubbling jets for relaxation, and two sun loungers provide space for relaxation. A third bathroom is conveniently located for swimmers. The expansive yard includes spacious grounds with shade trees, open grassy areas, and frequent wildlife sightings.
