Half of the garage has been converted to a game room with a mini ping-pong table, basketball hoop and an arcade machine with multiple games to play. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time.
